TV

I don't think much of TV. I do believe TV is a waste of time for the most part, especially if one is just channel-surfing. But when I watch TV or experience any entertainment, I do so with the intent of eking out some pseudointellectual value. I also tend to do science in front of a TV since most shows require little attention to "get" what's going on (this includes shows like Lost and 24).

Those are nice excuses for watching a lot of TV. Put me in front of a TV and I definitely become a couch potato which is bad considering that I'm hyperactive and enjoy physical activities a lot. So I tend to watch certain shows, most of the time as I research with my computer. I also have a list of episodes that I've seen for these TV shows along with one line notes about each one.

I like and watch (or have watched or would like to watch) these shows religiously (rated on a scale of 0-9, with 9 being best):

These shows are hit and miss for me.
